Sarah Rhee

Sarah (Song) Rhee is our Lower School Learning Specialist and came to Brandeis after 15 years at Sacramento Country Day School and a year at Marin Montessori School. She oversaw computer literacy for grades pre-K-8th and was a kindergarten general studies teacher for seven years. She has an extensive background in Child Development and American Sign Language and uses songs, games, movement, and hands-on activities to augment students’ learning. Sarah earned her B.A. in Child Development and minored in American Sign Language at CSU Sacramento, attended Mills College for her M.A. in Education, and received an M.S. in Organizational Leadership from Northeastern University. Sarah is also a certified yoga instructor, former volleyball coach, and roller derby referee.
