Emma Kuykendall

Emma Kuykendall is a Middle School Humanities teacher and began at Brandeis as a long term substitute in Middle School Spanish. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics and Cognitive Science from UC Berkeley where she also worked as a research assistant studying the phonology of South American languages. In addition to teaching Social Studies, Emma has taught English as a Second Language, Spanish, and art. Outside of school you may find her in her pottery studio, working on the crossword, or kicking around a soccer ball!
