Application Process

Lower School

First through Fifth Grades

Transferring schools—whether due to relocation or the need to find a better fit—is an important transition, both for students and their families.

Process

1. To schedule a campus visit or to request a brochure, inquire online and you will be contacted by Admissions Associate Leslie Ticktin.

2. Apply online

Student Evaluation Form deadline is January 4, 2018.
Application deadline is January 16, 2018.
  1. Complete the top portion of the student evaluation form (K-1 form|2-8 form) and give to the applicant's current teacher; teachers need to complete and return the form directly to The Brandeis School of San Francisco.
  2. Complete the top portion of the records release form and give it to the applicant's school so that report cards, narrative reports, and standardized tests from the past two years, as well as any other pertinent information, will be mailed to Brandeis.
  3. Include a recent photo of the applicant (optional).
  4. Submit a $100 application fee (nonrefundable).
  5. After you have submitted your application, we will contact you to schedule a parent interview. Getting to know each applicant and his/her parents is an integral part of our application process.
  6. We will also contact you to schedule a student visit.
Please notean application cannot be considered complete until all records have been received.
