Dear Brandeis community,
Thank you for making Havana Nights a truly successful fundraising event for our school! It was an evening filled with joy as we celebrated our school and showed appreciation for our community. Your combined contributions resulted in more than $270,000 to support the educational experience of our students and the tuition assistance program.
I would like to give special thanks to the Havana Nights co-chairs, Tahlia Bliss and Evan Kletter, and their committee members: Alessandra Beck, Kristi Grunberg, Alanna Klein, Jamie Lasser, Nicole Lipman, Liliana Peliks, and Zindzi Sugarman, who devoted countless hours to make the event a success in every way possible. We also are very grateful to our generous sponsors and auction donors without them, the event wouldn’t be possible.
All proceeds from the evening’s Fund-a-Need were designated specifically for the Brandeis tuition assistance program, and our community showed just how important socioeconomic diversity is to them. Click here to see the list of generous Fund-a-Need donors.
To everyone who donated auction items, time, and talents, and who bought event and raffle tickets, thank you for your generosity in supporting our students and our school. The photo album is now available for viewing here.
