Lunch Program

At Brandeis, school lunches are either packed at home, or pre-ordered via ChoiceLunch, our on-demand lunch delivery service. ChoiceLunch allows parents to order from a menu of healthy, tasty, child-friendly meals and snacks via their website or an easy to use app.  

As a Jewish institution, we understand that our community members may have varying levels of observance around kashrut, Jewish dietary laws. Families are asked to avoid mixing dairy and meat in their children's lunches, and refrain from sending any shellfish or pork products to school. 

Brandeis also maintains a nut-free environment in order to protect the health of students with allergies. Shared treats and potluck items for celebrations and special events should be vegetarian and nut-free.
